As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring that each guest receives the high level of service that Hilton is known for. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries related to Hilton Hotels, including bookings and special requests.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and policies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Document interactions effectively and maintain detailed customer records to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Hilton services and enhance your customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve service goals.
  • No prior experience in customer service is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to connect with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
