Customer Service Specialist (Greek Language)

The House of Mercier is on the lookout for a passionate Customer Service Specialist proficient in Greek to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while engaging with the Greek-speaking market. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product guidance through various communication channels. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have a knack for problem-solving. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and maintaining the high standards of service that The House of Mercier is known for. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, promptly responding to inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide detailed product information and help customers with order placement and processing.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken is required.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
