Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and promptly resolve issues they may encounter.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services and product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
• Document customer interactions accurately for compliance and quality assurance.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the technology or FinTech industries.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in leveraging customer feedback to enhance service delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a remote working environment are essential.
