In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support to Czech-speaking passengers, assisting them with reservations, travel inquiries, and addressing any service-related issues. Your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for the travel industry will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Assist customers with booking flights, changing itineraries, and providing information on travel policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and customer service best practices.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
