Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with technical queries, product functionality, and troubleshooting support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex problems and facilitate swift resolutions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry advancements, and best practices in customer care.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in the IT or technology space, is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in IT products and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, if needed.
