Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist users with account setup, technical troubleshooting, and content access issues.
  • Provide personalized support to enhance the customer experience and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
  • Educate customers about new features, services, and promotions related to the streaming platform.
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must.
  • A good level of English to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online streaming services and digital media.
