Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information about destinations, travel regulations, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
