The House of Mercier is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Digital Support Agent to join our dynamic team based in Athens. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality digital support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting digital issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Educate customers about our luxury offerings and guide them through our online platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop digital support strategies and best practices.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and digital trends to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or digital support is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with digital customer support tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• A keen interest in luxury products and a solid understanding of current digital trends are essential.
