Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to e-cigarette products and usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and product offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the e-cigarette industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
