The House of Mercier is excited to announce a position for a Dutch Speaking Online Support Agent based in Athens. In this critical role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing support related to our luxury products and online services. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional online support to Dutch-speaking customers via email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist with product inquiries, order statuses, and general questions related to our online store.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Guide customers in navigating our digital platforms while promoting our exquisite offerings.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to enhancing customer support processes.
• Stay current with product knowledge and luxury market trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer support or online service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with online support tools and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in luxury products and the latest market trends is essential.
