Responsibilities

• Support clients in optimizing their search engine marketing strategies while effectively utilizing our services
• Deliver expert recommendations on search engine marketing best practices and client engagement
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and effective responses to their inquiries
• Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Stay abreast of search engine trends and contribute to maintaining our knowledge base
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to improve clients' understanding of search engine optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance service offerings and maximize customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
