Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support ticket system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new staff on service desk protocols and customer service best practices.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams as needed.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and offerings.
  • Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or service desk role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and find solutions promptly.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required, including evenings or weekends.
