In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support to our Finnish-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing assistance with our products, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly identify and resolve technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our support system.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and best practices for effective use.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate any unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Help create and update Finnish-language support documentation and resources.
• Conduct follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction after issue resolution.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software is an asset.
• Ability to work well independently and manage your time efficiently in a remote setting.
• A foundational understanding of technology products and troubleshooting methods is a plus.
