Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to smoke-free products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Educate customers on the benefits and usage of smoke-free alternatives.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the smoke-free industry to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to empathize with clients and handle sensitive topics with care.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with health and wellness topics, particularly related to smoking cessation, is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
