Responsibilities

• Support clients in optimizing their search engine marketing strategies and leveraging our services effectively
• Provide expert recommendations on search engine marketing best practices and client engagement
• Manage client accounts to ensure prompt and effective responses to their inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable insights for improvement
• Keep abreast of search engine trends and ensure our knowledge base is current
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engines
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine service offerings and boost customer satisfaction

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
