Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
• Collaborate with teammates to promote a positive work environment and enhance service quality.
• Stay updated on company offerings and policies to provide informed responses.
• Meet individual and team performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training opportunities to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Greek is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
