Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service to Greek-speaking customers through multiple communication platforms.

• Fluency in Greek is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, especially in luxury product sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
