Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries with patience and understanding.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve customer service strategies.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while representing The House of Mercier.

• No previous experience required; all necessary training will be provided.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a benefit.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong listening skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software applications.
• MUST have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.
