Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Monitor user-generated content in Italian and provide timely feedback and action when necessary.
• Engage with community members to clarify content issues and encourage adherence to standards.
• Flag potentially offensive or harmful content for further review.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve moderation processes and guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and community standards in social media.
• Prepare reports on moderation activity and escalate issues when required.

• Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
