Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers in the automotive sector.
  • Manage inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up on inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and feedback.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns or suggestions for service improvement.
  • Fluency in Italian is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management software and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
