Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries about technology solutions.
• Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up where necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate issues and facilitate quick resolutions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, technological advancements, and company offerings to provide meaningful support.
• Meet or exceed respective customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude and a passion for consumer technology.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
