Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to travel reservations and services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest travel policies, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction through feedback.
  • Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
