Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian to luxury goods clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and shipping information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and improve service processes.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of luxury products to offer expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer management system.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury goods sector or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
