Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers seeking assistance in financial matters.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on financial products and services, tailoring information according to their needs and inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer requests and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and training materials to improve overall customer experience.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial industry.
