The House of Mercier is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative in the banking sector, working remotely from Greece. In this pivotal role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, helping to navigate their financial needs with ease and expertise. Your command of the Italian language will be essential in delivering high-quality support and ensuring that clients feel valued and understood.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, focusing on banking-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers in understanding banking products and services, guiding them through account management and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and inquiries to track service effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to address and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations, services, and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction within the banking sector.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures, services, and compliance is a strong advantage.
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
