The House of Mercier is seeking an Italian Speaking Digital Trust Specialist to join our team in Athens. In this vital role, you will take charge of ensuring a safe and trustworthy digital experience for our Italian-speaking users. You will handle trust and safety concerns, assist users with inquiries, and ensure that our community guidelines are effectively communicated and upheld.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from Italian-speaking users concerning trust and safety matters.
• Investigate reports related to safety violations, including harassment and inappropriate content.
• Enforce community policies and guidelines to maintain a secure online environment.
• Provide education and resources to users about safe online behavior.
• Collaborate with various teams to refine trust and safety protocols and initiatives.
• Evaluate and analyze user safety metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Stay informed about developments in online safety and digital community management.

• Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in trust and safety, online moderation, or customer support is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining user trust and privacy.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
