The House of Mercier is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Fashion E-Commerce Support Agent to join our vibrant remote team based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our luxury fashion products and ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers regarding product information, order management, and e-commerce questions.
• Communicate through various platforms including email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries accurately and in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers in navigating our online store, promoting our elegant fashion selections.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with the broader e-commerce team to implement improvements to the customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and current fashion trends to better assist our clientele.

• Fluency in Italian with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with customer support software and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• A passion for fashion and an awareness of current trends are essential.
