Responsibilities

• Offer attentive support to Italian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and e-commerce functionalities.
• Utilize various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media, to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve issues and customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist customers in exploring our online store and highlight our luxury fashion collections.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions to help refine and enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer support software is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in fashion and awareness of current trends are crucial.
