Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to determine their travel desires and create personalized itineraries that suit their needs.
• Oversee all aspects of the travel booking process, including securing flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Deliver top-notch customer service throughout the client’s travel journey, ensuring all requests are met.
• Utilize advanced travel technology to manage reservations and streamline processes.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, trends, and destination insights to provide informed advice.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Draft comprehensive itineraries and provide clients with necessary travel documentation.

• Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a customer service-oriented role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience using travel booking platforms is a plus.
