Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class support to Italian-speaking customers of our video streaming service.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to streaming services, including connectivity and playback problems.
  • Address customer queries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions provided in the support ticketing system.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the technical team for improvements.
  • Offer guidance on service features, billing inquiries, and account management.
  • Educate customers on best practices for utilizing video streaming services effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of video streaming technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple manner.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
