Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Japanese to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Quickly identify and address inappropriate content and user behavior effectively.
• Compile and analyze reports on moderation activities for departmental review and improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to users to encourage positive interactions within the community.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and refine moderation guidelines.
• Remain updated on industry trends and community demands to enhance moderation workflows.
• Assist in translating user feedback and moderation policies for clarity among Japanese-speaking users.

• Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and familiar with community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented with effective analytical skills to recognize user behavior patterns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
