Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, ensuring thorough follow-up on all cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate quick resolutions for complex customer needs.
• Stay current on product knowledge and technology trends to provide informed assistance.
• Work towards achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly within the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency and a genuine interest in technology products and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends if needed.
