Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Norwegian through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking services.
• Guide users with account setup, transaction processes, and troubleshooting banking-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex banking issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about banking products, services, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable support.
• Contribute actively to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty within the banking sector.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services field, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
