Norwegian Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

We are currently looking for a Norwegian Speaking Technical Support Specialist to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent technical assistance and support to our Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them resolve queries and issues regarding our products and services. Your communication skills and technical proficiency will be crucial in delivering customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions within our support management system.
• Educate customers on product features and optimal usage to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance.
• Create and maintain Norwegian language support documentation and FAQs for customer reference.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues and overall customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of technology, software, and hardware is beneficial.
