Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product understanding.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills with a structured approach to handling issues and inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
