Responsibilities

  • Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries related to online content creation services.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer issues via email, chat, and phone support.
  • Collaborate with online content creators to ensure their needs are met and queries are addressed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor new team members on best practices in customer support and content creator collaboration.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online content creation platforms and social media is a plus.
