Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking transportation services and provide information on available options.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.

  • Ability to handle complaints and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work in shifts as required by business operations.
