Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Swiftly identify and address inappropriate content and user behavior.
• Prepare and maintain reports on moderation activities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver constructive feedback to users to encourage positive community interaction.
• Collaborate with the social media team to establish and enhance moderation guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and community requirements to refine moderation practices.
• Assist in translating user feedback and moderation guidelines for clarity among Portuguese-speaking users.

• Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing user behavior patterns.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
