Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionalities, and service-related inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records of issues and resolutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift problem resolution.
• Stay updated on the latest product offerings, industry trends, and technology advancements to provide informed assistance.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the products and services.

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or IT sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Technical proficiency and an interest in global technology trends.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
