Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and service issues.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures to assist customers efficiently.
• Work towards achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
