Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Slovenian to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Quickly identify and take action against inappropriate content and user misconduct.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on moderation activities for departmental analysis.
• Offer constructive feedback to users to encourage respectful interactions within the community.
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance moderation guidelines and policies.
• Stay informed about current trends and community needs to optimize moderation processes.
• Assist in translating user feedback and moderation policies for clarity among Slovenian-speaking users.

• Fluency in Slovenian, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on providing constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in user behavior.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
