Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat while working remotely.
• Assist customers with various airline inquiries, including bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service systems.
• Collaborate with airline partners to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on airline policies, travel requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate assistance.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems for tracking inquiries.
