Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and any issues they may encounter.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on product offerings and services to provide relevant information to customers.
• Work towards meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
