Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive brand's offerings and features.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Educate customers about product specifications and help them make informed decisions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or online media industry.
