Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding their online shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide product information and guide customers through the online shopping process.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Utilize customer management software to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
