Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
• Facilitate communication between clients and candidates in Spanish
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with clients and candidates
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
• Support senior associates in the recruitment process and administrative tasks

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
