TMA is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Impact Strategy team in either our Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL office. The Associate Analyst will help produce campaign measurement and insights to support our client’s Experiential and field marketing workstream. This role will rely on strong skillsets in both quantitative and qualitative analytic approaches – including campaign performance measurement, creative effectiveness, data mining of primary and secondary data sources, and creative approaches to event evaluation.

You’re intellectually curious and proactive. You have a passion for exploring data to answer research questions and test hypotheses. You have a firm understanding of the fundamentals of quantitative data analysis but are also comfortable applying qualitative approaches. You communicate well and can work effectively within a complex organization. You are a quick learner and love to gain mastery of new tools. You are a self-starter who finds the best - and sometimes new ways - to answer specific needs.
