Compensation: 18-20lpa (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
🌱 Growth & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential U.S.-based startup founders and CEOs as new clients
- Build and manage outbound lead funnels, from cold outreach to warm intros
- Work with the founder to drive sales ops and track progress on growth goals
🧠 Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
- Own and run the full recruiting funnel—sourcing, interviewing, and assessing global candidates
- Maintain strong pipelines of vetted talent across assistant, operations, and customer support roles
- Help build and refine internal hiring playbooks and processes
🤝 Client Management & Success
- Act as the main point of contact for clients once a placement is made
- Ensure smooth onboarding and proactively support both clients and contractors
- Manage performance check-ins, resolve any client issues, and strengthen long-term partnerships
