Warehouse and Delivery (Van) Associate

Members shop fresh local foods, carefully curated essentials and refillable staples, with convenient weekly delivery for just $10 a month. The Rounds also offers scheduled pickup services for compost, recycling and packages. Its “Psychic Home Manager” is an AI-powered platform that enables predictive restocking and personalized product recommendations. The Rounds Operations team is looking for a motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and wants to make an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You’ll play a critical role in both our delivery and warehouse operations—driving company vans to complete pickup and drop-off routes, and supporting all aspects of order fulfillment in the warehouse. Your day-to-day efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of a rapidly expanding, mission-driven startup.

• Accurately pick items in customers' orders, pack items in bags, and prepare bags for handoff to couriers

• Prepare refills by processing requests and supply orders

• Receive and organize incoming shipments and manage inventory

• Conduct inventory counts, clean, and organize the warehouse to maintain a high-quality workspace

• Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service

• Safely drive and operate a company delivery van at all times

• Deliver prepped orders to our delivery centers, complete pickups from Members and local vendors, and return used containers to central cleaning hubs

• Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery tracking

• Provide seamless drop-offs and pickups while representing The Rounds with professionalism

• Occasionally assist with bulk product pickups and inter-warehouse supply runs

• Ready & Reliable: You excel at time management and stay proactive in fast-paced, high-volume settings

• Team Player: You collaborate naturally and contribute to the success of a mission-driven, growing team

• Valid Driver’s License

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and navigating urban routes

• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and getting in and out of vans frequently

• Thursday - Monday 9:30am - 6:30pm
