We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Engineering Team and encourage you to apply and take the first step in joining our dynamic and impactful company.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our software solutions and products reach our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You will be responsible for having domain knowledge of the product, becoming the “subject matter expert” for the software that we are building. You will be responsible for interacting with our clients externally, while also collaborating with multiple departments internally to build the best possible product for our client’s needs. 

What will you do?

• Determine the total breadth and depth of testing required for a given feature when developing test cases, in order to ensure that the products will meet company quality standards when released 
• Understand the full architecture of the software and test frontend and backend features 
• Set up test environments (hardware and software) with the necessary test data and execute detailed test procedures and test cases for assigned products or product modules 
• Build test environments that match the client’s fieldable environment as close as possible 
• Be a subject-matter expert for the assigned project 
• Collaborate with our clients to find defects and track completion of them 
• Support our clients at testing events and on-site defect investigation 
• Perform or assign out testing activities including functional, regression, and performance testing  
• Ensure testing cycles are completed as thoroughly as possible 
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases 
• Review test results and properly evaluate the stability of the software being tested  
• Analyze and report test results to product and project teams 
• Log defects and track them to resolution  
• Package and support deployment of builds and releases 
• Lead and/or manage other QA roles on the project as needed 
• Train and be a mentor for new hires 
• Travel up to 20% 

Capabilities that will enable your success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
• 5+ years of experience with Jira environments.  
• Ability to develop test cases independently to support deliverables  
• 5+ years of proven experience with test planning, executing test cases, and performing validation activities   
• 5+ years of experience developing test scripts, and perform front and back-end test validation 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience 
• DoD Contracting Quality Assurance experience 
• Lead/Senior Quality Assurance/Engineering experience 

Clearance Requirements

• Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level. Existing clearance is preferred.
